The reality is PHL is one the largest single point source producers of hazardous air pollutants in the region. Yet FAA continues to permit new gates and runways. In fact, EPA or local DEP can not regulate emissions or control growth at any airport in the USA. The hearing is scheduled for 11 AM and is open to the public. Please attend if you have the time.
